Hello all,

Had an unforunate occurance where a relatively 
high priced cel was damaged in the mail.  Damaged 
enough that the value of the cel was diminished 
and applied it for USPS insurance claims.

From what I've been told after the process is 
through the cel will then be auctioned off in the 
regional mail auction.  Anyone have any 
information on these auctions or ways to track 
them?  

The damage wasn't enough to totally destroy the 
cel so I'd still like to obtain it and see what I 
can do with it if not to just have it in my 
collection.
