I bought some cels when I first started 
collecting.  I have now educated myself .  I was 
suppose to get my money back, but she has 
never sent it.  It has been 6 months, I filed a 
complaint with the Post Office Marshall.   I 
gave them her name & address and  all her ID 
names.
