Could anyone tell me what is the best way to 
frame a big cel? 

1) Should I use some "special" sort of frames or 
are the frames I can buy in any photo shop 
sufficient?

2) The cel was already in a cel-bag when I bought 
it and now I wanted to know if I should remove 
the cel from this bag when I want to frame it or 
should I leave it in the bag?
