This is just a preliminary statement, but I do 
not think that she is from Outlaw Star. In fact, 
I'm pretty sure. I have seen this before, where 
someone may sell someone a cel saying that it is 
from OLS. I think the person who sold you this 
may have mistaken it for Valeria, the Angel Links 
officer from Ep. 19. The animation doesn't look 
right either. I will go over a few episodes just 
to make sure, but I am pretty sure that it is not 
from OLS. That Melfina cel is awesome though.
