Hi Jen

Firstly, I find it highly unlikely that a non-
perfect image like that would be reproduced, and 
non-first OAV, as well. If you're concerned about 
the image orientation, probable explanations could 
be that the image is cropped (that would be my guess- perhaps ask for a large noncropped image), 
or the cel is a "short pan" painted on the 
vertical axis of the cel (I've never actually had 
one like that, but I've had some pretty oddly 
shaped cels).
