Hi! I have tis question about taro. I just bought 
some cels today(My First Time). They were saying 
about having to wait for a confimation email to 
see before sending payment"I understand this" ;)

But there is a link in anime taro under account 
information which says "confirm payment". What is 
this link for? Do I have too fill it up? I can't 
find anything about it in FAQs.
