Sorry, still too lazy to log in :P  Anyway.. 
maybe its just because the series that I mainly 
collect is horrible about sticking a background 
that doesn't belong with the cel the way I look 
at cels that has a background is this:  Its 
really my responsibility to check to see if the 
bg is matching or not.  Someone who sells high 
volumes of cels is not going to know if a bg with 
their cel is matching or not, since most likely 
they haven't seen all the series that they sell - 
nor could they possibly have every scene 
memorized to know for sure. :)   I'm not trying 
to be bitchy - just stating my POV. ^_~
