so far all i know its Thursday night, time not 
quite confirmed yet but probably around 8pm or 
something and so far they have it assigned to LP 
room 5 but that can always change too, just look 
for "cel collector's panel" on the little 
schedule that they give you when you pick up your 
badge. The AX group said that the panel will be 
where there is a 30 minutes Q&As and then we 
break up into small groups to check out each 
other's cels..but i've never been so i don't know 
if thats exactly right. I will be bringing one 
cel book (so frustrated at having to choose and 
pick which cels to bring >_<) but one if heavy 
enough and worries enough for me, plus my costume 
and my friend's will be enough trouble to look 
after as it is (have to make sure the wings don't 
fall every minute..especially when I knock into 
something hehe)
