I was having a transaction with this person and 
things were a little hectic at first and finally 
he recieved my money for a cel I was purchasing 
and he said he would send my cel. He claimed this 
many times and than just stopped replying to my e-
mails all together. I have been robbed out of a 
lot of money!!! Is there anyone I can contact 
like a foriegn embassy or something. Here is his 
name, address, and phone number. Once again I 
urge no one to deal with him. The whole thing 
makes me so mad! Sorry for my rant.
