Hi! :)

I wanted to get a few cels from anime-cel.com but 
I was wondering about something so I decided to 
post it before I did anything.

They said that they sell cels under the 
assumption that the cel has adhered to the paper. 
I was wondering whether anyone of you actually 
bought from there before that was adhered/not 
adhered? 

I wanted to email to ask whether they can check 
for me, (I know anime-taro will check for you if 
you're a member), so I was wondering whether 
anime-cel does that too?
