I took my Unico cel in to have it framed and the 
cel (my only one) was in a a sort of slipcover 
type bag and also had some sort of green tissue 
like paper behind it from when it was sent to me 
from Japan.  The framers left the cel in this bag 
with the tissue paper behind it when they framed 
it.  Is this okay?  I'm not a cel collector and I 
don't really know about these things.
