hmm i think when it comes to selling and buying, 
both parties should do it on a business term to 
avoid hurt personal feelings on either part. Even 
when Im dealing with my friends, i send them an 
inovice with a date that the money needs to be 
sent by. I think you should try re-emailing the 
person with a quite serious professionally 
sounding letter requesting that he honor his 
commitment and if he still won't pay, then cancel 
the order because he is obvisiously not 
respecting you as a seller
