It really depends on the shot I guess.  But I 
have seen cels of Asuka range from $600 to $1,000.

Also, production eva cels are out there.  The 
studio gave some out as gifts, and some were 
stolen from the studio.

I believe there was a unit 1 on e-bay a few days 
ago.
