Something in the higher 2-figure range would be 
acceptable.  From the rather memorable scene 
where Mihoshi gets embarassed about telling her 
supervisor that Tenchi wants to see her back on 
Earth.  She's just starting to blush in this cel 
(kinda need to look closely).

I'll put the cel on eBay tomorrow night if no one
