Definately! I for one completely understand how 
tempting it can be, heck part of returning forums 
like this one and check out new listings is the 
allure that there may one day be that "dream 
cel".  But hang in there and stick to your 
principle of planning for the future and saving 
up for whatever it is that you choose, i.e. the 
1st home. Commendable and rest assured you are 
taking the high road, especially if you are 
starting young. You will thank yourself in the 
future for being so prudent! *smiles*
