My story:
Was logged in before midnight Japan time.
Did a reload of my Kiokukun page a couple of minutes after midnight.
And then WHAM!!!!! Connection refused messages, followed by Forbidden messages.
I was able to get in briefly, but by then my Kiokukun cels were wiped away.

Oh well! I saved a whole lot of money!
