I'm not sure what to do :)  On one hand I thought 
it was very cool the way the cels looked on the 
banner, on the other hand they did take them.  In 
general I feel that since they are using them 
only for graphic purposes and are not trying to 
sell them or even trying to pass them off as cels 
at all then I shouldn't really be upset, that and 
the fact I am  bit happy that someone thought my 
cels were attractive enough to steal ^_~ I'm 
judging this situation on an individual basis 
though, the banner will probably be changed 
within a matter of weeks or even days in any 
case. It would have been wonderful if they had 
asked of course...  I will probably e-mail them 
just to see how they go about picking their 
images ;) Thanks all for the input!
