I display my sketches with my cels.  So I MUCH 
prefer to have the sketch.  It is much more 
valuable to me with the sketch.

I do buy cels without sketches as well.  Thanks to 
AIC and a few others, I end up with quite a few 
without.  :(   I love dougas and gengas... they 
are a part of the animation process and therefore 
a part of the value to me.
