My friend got an email from Yahoo Japan which we 
are trying to translate with an online 
translator.  Are they going to start charging 
fees to SELL & BID on auctions?  I think the fee 
was around 270yen a month.  Anyone that bids or 
sells on Yahoo Japan get the email notice?  It 
says that this will go into effect in April!!  
This is the first that I've encountered where you 
have to PAY to even place a bid on something!  
That sucks!  Can someone please tell me what is 
going on?
