Well, I got an e-mail back from Reiven's Nest. 
They said they could either send my cels or do a 
refund. I of course chose refund...too many bad 
memories associated with those cels ;_; Not one 
minute later than when I send my reply asking for 
a refund is the money back in my Paypal account. 

I owe it to the e-mail where I told them I 
contaced SafeHarbor. That sure made them move 
quickly ^_^ Anyway, Noriko says that their comp 
has had a series of crashes and so they lost all 
the info. She said she listed the auctions in the 
hopes that I would see them again and contact 
her. Which is why she put Buy it Now prices on 
them, I'm sure. But that's another issue. All 
that matters is my money is back.
