Umm...was wondering if anyone has gone to 
fanime con.  Was there some cel  dealers 
there? How is it in terms of getting rare or 
good cels?  

If there are cels, I guess it's good that at least 
you can actually *see* the cels before you 
buy?  

Since I'm new to cels, I'm not sure how it 
works in these conventions...are there actually 
cels being traded?
