I figured out how to get my own Yahoo! Japan id. 
I also found an internet site that will help with 
translation, although I am not sure how good it 
is - Any help would be appreciated there  =)

Now, as far as bidding and paying goes. I guess 
my question is how do you pay the seller if you 
should win? Do most accept IPMOs?  Do you have to 
do a bank transfer? Do you use the Q&A section to 
ask?

I usually use a deputy service, but with the way 
fees add up so quickly, I would like to be able 
to bid on those auctions where the seller will 
ship internationally myself.
