I emailed the guy and asked him if they were 
original production cels or if they were litho's 
or what exactly they were.  He claims that he 
doesn't know if they are actually cels or not, 
that he buys them in bulk from a dealer.  He said 
that the dealer labled them as cels.  He also 
went on to state that he offers no refunds.  I 
think he knows that they are crap and he is lying 
to cover his on ass.
