Hello - I just thought I would warn those who are 
currently using Yahoo Japan Auctions - Yahoo 
Japan will be instigating a service fee of 280 
yen per month starting in April for all bidders 
and sellers.  They will also be asking users to 
verify their real identity by using a credit card 
or bank card.

With Yahoo's Chief stepping down (or being fired-
ahem!), you had to wonder where they're going to 
get their money to sustain themselves and I guess 
they just figured out how...
