I know what you mean about the Tamahomi pan 
cel...I got one of the five they had at gambit 
for my friend's B-day and I was shocked that it 
was so big! Needless to say my friend loved it 
^_~`

My biggest surprise came from Asylum. I managed 
to make it to an update within five minutes but 
there was nothing new from the shows I collect, 
however, I had just seen the first tape of 
Escaflowne, which had been updated, so I decided 
to take a look around. I saw a really nice cel of 
Van's mecha that wasn't too expensive and I liked 
the layout of it. When I e-mailed Curt he said 
the cel was already on hold but he had another 
one from the same sequence. I almost turned it 
down but something (the little cel voices in my 
head) told me that I should get it so I gritted 
my teeth and sent out a confirmation e-mail and 
the MO. 

That night I watched the second tape of Esca and 
low and behold there was my cel in the opening 
credits! I jumped out of my seat and started 
yelling, "That's the cel I just got!" (It wasn’t 
marked as an opening cel) My friends all thought 
I was nuts, but they have since seen my 
collection. ^_~` I know that the mech really 
isn't considered a prize compared to the 
characters but it's still gorgeous and my first 
opening cel!
