Apparently Shogo has been ill lately (even to the 
point of requiring hospitalization I think). 
Anyway, I ordered a while back (in January) and I 
just received the cels a couple of days ago 
(along with a $5 refund and a little anime poster 
magazine thing). So I'm sure that you'll be taken 
care of eventually.
