I believe this is where Zoicite is running from 
the rats in episode #31 "Koisarete owarete! Luna 
no saiakuno hi!". Cel sequence number #B-5. Comes 
with matching unstuck partial pencil sketch 
(mouth only). Cel has minor trace line fading 
which in great for TOEI cels of this age...
