I employed the E-Bay Investigations staff once to 
remove a few fake Belldandy cel auctions.  They 
responded in less than 24 hours and removed the 
items automatically.

First, you should go here to identify the type of 
violation the seller is perpetrating:

(In this case, it is either a Pre-Sale auction or 
a Counterfeit item, I think.)

Afterwards, you should go here to file the report:

It can be confusing to find the second link, so 
make sure you copy it down.
