Ummmm...no. Hate to burst your bubble, but there 
are indeed Lain cels, it was cel animated. Yes, 
many of the sequences are digitally done, but 
Lain was indeed cel animated. Check many shops 
and you'll see sectioned where Lain cels used to 
be (they were bought out quickly). Also, I 
believe Ed Nonchester Artwork still has one or 
two cels. You cna also check cel galleries, every 
once in a while there is the stray Lain cel.
