And on having "stolen cels"
In Japan a lot of people who work for animation 
studios walk out with cels after production.  
They made them, the studio doesn't need them, so 
they take them  ^_^   Apparently the studios are 
getting a bit tougher on their policies regarding 
walk-outs, but as far as I know it isn't illegal.
