Hi,
Recently I sold one of my better Trunks cels from
an offer that was made to me. The person asked if
it was stuck to anything. I specifically checked
the cel. It was NOT stuck to the pencil. When I
shipped it I put a peice of rice paper between
the cel and the pencil to assure that it would
NOT get stuck in transit. The buyer emailed me
today [rudely might I add] and practically
accused me of lying and said that it was stuck
and they wanted their money back. There is no way
in hell it is stuck to the pencil. So I was
wondering if anyone had an experience where rice
paper had become stuck to the cel in shipment??
I have never had a complaint before on ANY of my
personnal cels that I have sold and seeing as
this was one of the best Trunks cels I was really
surprised.
I am obviously not going to refund his money
until he ships the cel back to me and I check it
for damage. I always use silk gloves to handle my
cels on the rare occasion I need to get them out
of the bag since I know that oil from your
fingers degrades them. So a single finger print
and no refund. Though I probably wouldn't be this
way if he hadn't been so rude.
Sigh...
