His Chibi Vegeta is from the TV series though. 
You are talking about the one with King Vegeta, 
right? That's TV. I have a cel of King Vegeta 
from that same sequence, and TV looks a lot 
different than OVA.

All the other cels this guy has look real. Why 
wouldn't this one be? Have you asked him? Have 
you checked the Bardock Special? I don't have the 
DVD so I can't check it. Ask him to scan the 
pencil.
