Hi there, JP.  I've just started checking out this 
cool Cel Forum and I noticed your question.  
Usually it doesn't take us very long to let you 
know what you have won once the auctions end, but 
because of the vast amount of email requests, 
status checks, shipping questions, and everything 
else, we get bogged down somedays and it takes us 
a little longer to get the information to you.  If 
you could send us a complete list of auctions that 
you had requested, that would really help us to 
speed this up in your case.  The way our system is 
setup right now makes everything really difficult 
to do w/o asking for the URL of auctions that you 
have questions about.  So, if you could, please 
email us again with the URLs that you had 
requested, and we should be able to respond to you 
within one day.

Also, in our invoices, we list everything that you 
have been able to win in one invoice.  We don't 
send multipule invoices if you have won more than 
one auction.  If you have any further questions 
about how we do our invoices, just let us know!!
