Well, the show is mostly created by computer, but 
there're certain scenes are made by the 
traditional cel method.  The reason is whenever 
the main studio cannot finish its task to meet 
the deadline, it has to out-source and let the 
other smaller studios to share the workload.  
Since the smaller studios don't usually have the 
computer setup yet, they have to rely on cel.
So there're a small amount of cels for Kare Kano, 
I have seen some before, but they're generally 
pretty expensive.
