Well, more than just Galaxy Express 999 is in 
there. Characters from all of Reiji Matsumoto's 
works sneak in (although I never saw Harlock or 
Emeraldas ;_;)...the whole art style is meant to 
mimic his =^.^= In fact, I was told that it was 
even directed by him, but I'm not quite 
sure....hmmm...(I'm a Reiji Matsumotot freak, can 
ya tell?). 
If you would like a cel of a character that looks 
almost exactly like the guitarist, then there are 
Maetel cels at several dealer sites (most have 
one ot two to choose from). Ed Noonchester 
especially has lotsa Matsumoto stuff, including 
Emeraldas OAV cels, and then Harlock, Queen 
Millenia, Galaxy Express 999, and then a various 
Muatsumoto cel page as well (if I rimenbaa 
corectly ^^;;)
