Ya know that is an absurd statement because ebay 
has buyer protection so if i don't send the item i 
can be convicted of fraud.  Maybe you should go 
read ebay's rules for a sec you might learn 
something.  I would be putting up all these 
auctions just to rip the all of cuz then I would 
definatly be convicted!  So this is just 
outragous!
