If you can read his feedbacks on Yahoo, he got 
some nasty feedbacks recently.  The others became 
victims like you which they sent the money, but no 
packages have been received.  You're not the only 
victim, he screwed his own Japanese buyers too.  I 
guess your hope is gone, good luck.
