I already have an ID and have had no problems 
bidding on items that ship internationally.  I'm 
just wondering what would happen if I placed a 
bid now on an auction before the deadline but 
wanted to place another bid on the same auction 
after the deadline?  I just want to avoid the 
proverbial screwjob.

(When they mean "middle of the month", is that 
the 15th or 16th?)
