I replied your e-mails several times and you said
"I will send IPMO soon, thanks!" at the last 
mail, Feb, 6. These were done within 2 days from
your first mail. 
My mail at Feb,25 is our question why you had not
sent the payment yet. And you have not replied 
yet. Of course we have not received the payment.
We store all e-mails. I don't understand why you
said like this.
