FERIO!!  haha that is Ferio from the Rayearth OVA 
series.  A villian in the OVAs and a nice guy in 
the Magic Knight Rayearth series (although 
slightly different design)  Ah I wish I actually 
had money that's a beautiful cel :)  Hope that
