Yeah, I heard it was a good way to keep them in a 
perfectly vertical position, so as to avoid any 
undue pressure on the cels.
I'd try it myself, but the rack in my closet's 
one of those "rods propped onto a half-circle" 
and I don't trust it not to fall down. ~.~  
Because if it did, I'd have to cry.
I just keep my cel books standing up straight in 
a mailer-box, so that stay vertical without 
bending or wobbling.
