That cel you have of Pluto and Venus is from (I 
believe) ep 168. It's from the very beginning of 
Stars, with the Nehellania returning story arc. 
That's the only time Pluto and Minako are ever 
paired together alone, as they are stranded in 
one of Nehellania's illusions (Pluto gives Venus 
a lovely little pep talk on being a leader ^-^).
