I was wondering if the auction is like ebay...or  
is it simply max bid?  I mean...for example if 
persons A,B,C all want cel Z.  And this is the 
bidding

A -- bid of $25,000
B -- bid of $10,000
C -- bid of $100,000,000

Does person C pay $100,000,000??  I want 
the cel...but I don't want to pay more than I 
absolutely need to....

darn...wish I knew what roughly what people 
are paying...
