I am just wondering about the YJ credit card 
thing. I can't read Japanese, but I can read HTML 
coding, and it doesn't seem as if they have any 
links on any of the pages for either new or 
existing accounts that will take you to a credit 
card registration area.

Does anyone know when this will go into effect 
(for sure) or have a link as to how to get there?

I am mostly looking at bidding as a wishcel just 
came up AND they speak English AND they ship to 
the US!
