I haven't tried it myself, but I've had several 
cels arrive in such a way when I bought them.
I've also got 3-4 that arrived completely stuck 
to the wax paper.
I'm not sure the conditions they were under to 
get stuck, but based on that much, I wouldn't 
vouch for it.  ^-^;;
