Sorry to hear about your predicament... I had a 
similar experience a while ago. I purchased a 
very expensive cel and was eagerly awaiting 
its arrival. It ended up getting stuck in 
customs, and the response from the post 
office was "we can't do anything from here." 
The package was then returned (!) to the 
shipper in Japan, and no real reason was 
given. He shipped it again, and it got here in 4 
days. That's my only bad EMS experience, but 
a weird one nonetheless. Best of luck with
