I've done mail order from them before.  All you 
need to do is ask to see pics of series that you 
are interested in, and in a day or two, they'll 
send you a zipped archive of photos they snapped 
of the cels.  For larger series, you need to 
specify a character.

They accept CC over the phone or MO via snail 
mail.
