I think this has actaully been asked many 
times...but hmm, what you can do is bid yourself 
if the seller is willing to ship internationally. 
And if not, I do know a couple of sellers from YJ 
that will bid for you but the thing is they don't 
bid last minute like celga does, and they also 
charge about the same comission rate as celga
