msc202 I think is from detective Conan, it's 
Shinuichi in his real teenage form before he 
turns into a kid.  I think it's from the first 
episode with the roller coaster.

msc202 is from Detective Conan, but it's not 
Shinichi.  Both cels are of Heiji Hattori, who is 
the son of the police commissioner of Osaka and 
is sort of a rival detective to Shinichi.  He's 
one of the few people that knows Conan's true 
identity and occasionally teams up with Conan to 
solve cases.
