I finally got my dream Washu cel today, and I
have a question about the douga on the back.
The douga is not stuck, and I prefer to keep it
that way. Right now, the paint on the back of the
cel is touching the non-matching douga. Would it
be better if I put a sheet of clear polyproplene
plastic between the two, to prevent the cel from
sticking, or would it then stick to the plastic?
I have the cel and drawing in a cel bag to
protect them, which is in turn inside my cel
book. Im just not sure wether its better to have
the cel paint touch plastic or paper.
One other quick question, if anybody knows. Are
the dougas with cels Acid Free paper? Would it be
better to put a sheet of acid free paper behind
the cel, instead of the douga?
Thanks for anyone's help!
-Mike
PS, Ill scan my new cel this weekend, and post it
on the forum here! |
